The Regional Unit of Pieria and the Pierian Organization of Tourism Development and Promotion, with the coordination of OPEN WAYS Events & Travel, are organizing the 1st “Olympus Adrenaline & Nature Festival” on May 25 and 26, 2024.
The “Olympus Adrenaline & Nature Festival” aims to connect the coastline of Pieria, Mount Olympus, the Pierian Mountains, nature, culture, and activities in an annual celebration. During this multi-themed festival, concurrent outdoor activities will take place at the main festival venue in Litochoro as well as throughout Pieria by professionals who wish to offer unique experiential experiences.
The purpose of the festival is to showcase the businesses of Pieria, the entities and their teams, but primarily to promote all the outdoor activities that can take place in the area, to inform visitors, and to increase tourist inflow. Interested attendees will have the opportunity to receive information directly from the businesses, engage in discussions with experts, participate in experiential activities, and try new flavors of local products and goods that have won international awards.
Pieria, a place with rich cultural tradition and natural beauty, featuring breathtaking landscapes, is ideal for hosting such events. On one side, Mount Olympus, the mythical mountain, and on the other side, a coastline of kilometers with the azure sea create the perfect conditions for a variety of outdoor activities in the area, which everyone will be able to discover and enjoy through this festival.
